Mad Bastards from the Kimberley Break into the Sundance Film Festival

For a small country town with a population under 20,000, Broome sure does have some talented people. In the last few years we have seen films come out of Broome and the Kimberley such as "Australia" and "Bran Nue Dae", with leading stars including Brendon Walters and Rocky McKenzie both coming from Broome. Now comes "Mad Bastards", a film with soundtrack by Alan and Steve Pigram, which has been selected for the prestigious Sundance Film festival. Mad Bastards was filmed in the Kimberley, so keep your eyes and ears open for this film to see our beautiful part of the world, and check out more about the film right here...
