Greetings from Broome

Hey everyone,

Well its a beautiful Monday here in Broome Western Australia and we have just had a great Australia day. Fireworks at the Mangrove hotel and lots of folks coming to the party in their Australian finest.

It is wet season here at the moment and the storms in the recent past have been amazing. The rain comes down hard for about an hour and we don’t have gutters on our houses as the force of the downpours is quite something to see. Great fork lightning and thunder crashes. This is a great time of year in Broome.

Its also a time that is we consider this the quiet time in Broome but its a great time to visit if you wanna beat the crowds.
